The Community Dinner is an outreach ministry that Penney has hosted since 1996.

Dinners are held on the fourth Saturday of each month from September to April and are open to the public. Please join us for a meal and a time of fellowship.

Dinners are served from 4:30 - 5:30 pm

Dates and Menus*

• September 23rd, 2023 - American Chop Suey, salad w/dressing, rolls and chocolate chip cookie bars

• October 28th, 2023 - Chicken stew, cranberry sauce, biscuits and apple crisp

• November 25th, 2023 - Beans, hot dogs, biscuits, coleslaw and assorted pies

• December 23rd, 2023 - Meatball subs, chips and cake for dessert

• January 27th, 2024 - Chili, cornbread, coleslaw, and cake

• February 24th, 2024 - Potpourri soup, biscuits and fruit pizza

• March 23rd, 2024 - Shepherd’s Pie, glazed carrots, yeast rolls and sugar cookie bars

• April 27th, 2024 - Spaghetti, garlic bread, salad w/dressing and brownies & ice cream.
